This amazing trip starts with two nights in New Chandigarh. Incorporating large open spaces, lush green gardens and tree lined avenues, this modern and sustainable city provides a relaxing start. The itinerary kicks off with a private guided tour of the Rock Garden of Chandigarh. This serene garden is a beautiful escape from the city while observing a blend of nature, art and recyclable materials. The same day, you will also receive a tour of Sukhna Lake. A man-made marvel, choose from pedal boat, rowing boat or a motorboat to truly take in the beauty of the lake.

Shimla

Driving to Shimla, you will spend three nights in this cool climate taking in stunning views of river valleys, dense forests and dramatic mountains. Jaipur

The next few days are spent taking in the colourful capital of Rajasthan – Jaipur. Built in 1799, Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of Winds, is a beautiful honeycomb shape with 953 windows on the outside walls. Take a tour and discover three floors of incredible design, colourful glassworks and enjoy incredible views of Jaipur. Also worth visiting is the City Palace, a series of courtyards and elegant buildings. During your tour you will be escorted around the seven stories of Chandra Mahal and around the primary residence of the Maharajas of Jaipur.

Udaipur

Spend the next two nights in Udaipur, the ‘city of lakes’. Composed of several stunning lakes and beautiful architecture, your time will be spent exploring this calm city amongst this bustling itinerary. For the best views of the city, head out on Lake Pichola. Spanning four kilometres, explore this island via boat trip and visit the Lake Palace which sits on Jag Island within the lake. While in Udaipur visit Jagdish Temple, popular with visitors for its three story design filled with airy halls and painted walls covered in vibrant colours and intricate design.

Mumbai

Fly to Mumbai and end this trip with a three night stay in this bustling city. Its location makes for a vast coastline home to countless calm and sparkling beaches lined with restaurants, coffee shops and food stalls. The city is filled with bustling markets selling everything from jewellery to clothes to food and flowers. Choose from a range of markets operating daily to browse and wander at your pleasure. The top attraction in the city has to be the Gateway of India.
